Afrail Inc. Unveils the AFRX Security Token (ERC-3643) Smart Contract (ERC-3643)
Afrail is proud to announce the launch of its Afrail Security Token (ERC-3643) (AFRX) through a Private Placement Offering (PPO) under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act. The offering aims to raise $4.04 billion USD to fund the rollout of its flagship transit networks—AfrailX™, beginning in Northern Namibia and expanding to over 50 cities across Africa, and ArailX™, launching in South Florida and scaling across major U.S. cities.

The AFRX Security Token Smart Contract (ERC-3643) source code and white paper are now publicly available on GitHub. This contract forms the foundation of AFRX’s programmable compliance framework, featuring built-in controls for jurisdiction restrictions, investor whitelisting, lock-up periods, and equity conversion rights. The code is released under the open-source MIT License, enabling transparency, reuse, and trusted auditing.
